The Specialised Engineering team was chosen to design all electrical systems including site power distribution via incoming consumers mains cables from the supply authority substation.
Works included the design and assembly of the electrical main switchboard, and distribution boards, general lighting including external car park lighting, emergency and evacuation lighting, integration with fire control and warning systems, and specialised freezer room lighting, cable management systems, including stainless steel conduit & ducts to wet and freezer areas.
SES were also in charge of design for general power including wet areas for machinery and equipment, automatic swift roller doors, loading dock automation and charging stations for mechanical handling equipment, final sub circuits for plant & equipment including compressors, evaporators, air handling equipment and processing equipment.
This project was considered an inhouse design to accommodate the clients processing of raw materials into their final food grade products for a fully automated processing plant.
By delivering quality workmanship onsite and exceeding our clients’ requirements in all areas of design, safety and process control, SES were awarded Stage 2 of this project which is still currently underway.
