In 2021, Specialised Engineering Solutions headed all electrical works for a new Commercial Development in Yatala, Qld.

This large project spanned over 6 months and SES’s involvement included all general, emergency power and lighting for the workshop, offices and wash bay. This multi-level build had a total floor space of 18000m2 which includes 1000m2 of office space. SES successfully provided all lighting solutions to each level including data/ communications, light sensors and automatic gate connections at the entrance of the premises.
